Starting a WWI

I finally bought a scale for my apartment. I am praying that this will give me extra motivation, and tomorrow I start my daily work out routine. I want to get a gym membership, but I know I wont go until I feel comfortable working out in front of others. So for now, it’s Netflix Pilates and Bootcamp. Whatevs, still getting my heart rate up.

Anyways, starting a weekly weigh in. Every Tuesday morning I’m getting on that goddamn scale. I’ll probably change it in a few weeks to every three days, but for now, it’ll just be once a week on Tuesday morning.

HW: 216.8

CW: 215.1

GW1: 210.0

GW2: 200.0-New shoes

GW3: 185.0 -New jeans

GW 4: 165-New designer jeans

UGW: 130-New EVERYTHING. 

So sick of avoiding vacations to warm places, beaches, tropical islands, etc. because of my fear of a bikini. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN ANYMORE. Spring Break 2013, I’ll be the freshest beach bod out there.
